Hello Readers

Hello Readers:

It’s interesting that an average of 900 to 1,000 people visit this blog every day, yet only 3-5 people leave comments.

I would like to get to know my readers better. If you enjoy my poetry, please leave me a comment and let me know. I am also open to your constructive criticism on how to improve my poetry. Finally, please tell me a little bit about yourself, whether you are a longstanding visitor or a newcomer.

Consider this an invitation to get better acquainted.

Thanks so much.

Don Iannone
The Poetic Alchemist

PS: This is sticky post (sticks to the top of my blog like chewing gum under your 3rd grade desk. There are poems below it. Enjoy!

  1. Hello. My name is Minnegan J. Schmidlap, and I am leaving a comment for the first time. I like your poems very much. Your photography is also very nice. Thank you, and LOVE!

  2. Polona: On one level, I have known you and your poetic talent for some time. How do you see the future? Share with me what you see on your deepest level.

  3. Have been reading your blog for sometime(one of the 900 visitors). Like your presentation and photos. Its a wonderful blog to read.

  4. Jeeves: Thanks so much for sharing this. It means a lot. I dropped by your poetry site and read a few. I will come back.Tell me a little bit about yourself — whatever you like.

  5. hmmm… that’s a bit tricky, don…
i have never been a perticularly organised person, never bothered much about the future… more like the one to go with the flow and see what it brings along…
only on the rare occasion i would take initiative and do something i felt needed doing without waiting to pass me by, and i have rarely been wrong…

so, not much but hope this says something about me you haven’t known before πŸ˜‰

  6. Polona: Thanks so much for sharing. I understand what you’re saying. We show up and life happens, and life is what happens between our plans. It’s good to know you as you are, and I thank you for that.

  7. i not very good at sharing , esp. about myself πŸ˜•
one thing i will share , is this I’m not much of a talker πŸ˜‰

hope y’all have a safe weekend!

  8. Dear Don,
Your word they have always touched me deeply so deep and personal that it’s not easily shared. Rest assured my friend your poems are sometimes the best medicines for a “heart failure”.
